Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
